PS4 Vs. Xbox 1 Vs Smartphones

Ps4 and the Xbox 1 have always been competing, for years now, dating back to the ps1 and xbox all the way up to now. but they were their only competitors. but as the years have gone by, it seems like there is a new competitor in the mix. it looks like the smartphones or tablets are seeming to become a trend within teens as well as adults. smartphone apps are way cheaper and some games have been a great hit such as angry birds, temple run, subway surfer etc. these games are creating a buzz in the market and are earning quite the revenue. not only are they making money from the app itself, but they also making money off of toys, and clothing and other unique ideas of bringing in money. with the ps4 and xbox 1, with games and the console having such a heavy price on them, less people are buying them, and looking more into the apps for smartphones and thier tablets. Apps for the smartphones and tablets are more handy and with the technology in today's society there are smarter and more amazing games in terms of content and graphics being made available. Parents want to buy what's best for thier kid, and it seems that kids are turning to apps more and more than turning to video games , which would be the norm. the passionate gamers like myself, still enjoy the consoles because it gives you a more cinematic experience and they are more games offered to you and my friends all have the same consoles and games, so we enjoy playing the console instead. the difference between the consoles and the smartphones is that the consoles have the major gaming titles such as call of duty, battlefield  and all sports games like 2k , fifa and Nhl.  Sony and Microsoft must be aware that the demographics and trends are changing and they must change thier marketing style if they want to be ahead and dominating the gaming market.

GSP VS. HENDRICKS

St-Pierre is a rare athlete in this country. He manages to be both unappreciated and over-idolized, largely depending on what province you live in and how you feel about mixed martial arts. Among UFC fundamentalists, depending where they fall on the spectrum of the sports tactical-entertainment complex, he’s both loved and hated. He is either a true master technician and the greatest champion there ever was, or a defense-first sedate and one of the most boring fighters you can find. He’s both a tremendous representative of our country, an elite athlete who has stayed at home to complete all of his training in Canada, and a near rebel, a revolutionary francophone-first traitor who doesn't seem to give much of a damn for any part of Canada that isn't French-speaking. i feel personally as much of a superstar GSP is, Johnny Hendricks completely outfought GSP and dominated him throughout the match. i feel that he won that fight just because of the fan support and media/popularity. GSP is without a doubt more popular than Johnny Hendricks, but he should not have came out with the decision in the end. What Dana White is saying in the video is absolutely true and i agree 100%. That fight was not judged and decided properly, and someone needs to step in and stop events like this from happening, so the fair and RIGHT call can be made.
